Even if FCB data other than (stop code) is received with WIF7 1,
WIF7 is ignored (treated a 0) and WIF6 to are treated as format
control data and stored in the FCB. However, WIF7 should be 0, except

FCB data is received (that is, the printer treats line 1 as the print line
