Using the numeric keys, enter the number you want to associate
with this group and press
E NTER /M ENU . Choosing 1 through 10
also associates this group with the corresponding one-touch key.

Using the numeric keys, enter a name for the group. To do so,
repeatedly press the numeric key for the letter you need until the
letter appears. (See “Using dialing characters” on page 78 for a
list of characters.) For example, if the first letter you need is a “C,”
press
2 repeatedly until a C appears. Press > to go to the next
space. After the name of the group has been typed, press E NTER /
M ENU .
Note
To delete a letter, press > until you reach the space to the right of the
letter and then press B ACK S PACE .

Press the one-touch key or choose the speed-dial code for the
member you want, and then press
E NTER /M ENU . Press E NTER /
M ENU again to confirm the addition.

Repeat step 9 for each member you want to add.

When finished, press S TOP /C LEAR .

If you have more group-dial codes to enter, press E NTER /M ENU
and repeat steps 1 through 12.

To delete group-dial codes

Press E NTER /M ENU .

Use the < or > key to select FAX SETUP and then press E NTER /
M ENU .

Press E NTER /M ENU to select SPEED DIALS .

Use the < or > key to select GROUP SETUP and then press E NTER /
M ENU .

Use the < or > key to select DELETE GROUP and then press
E NTER /M ENU .

Using the numeric keys, enter the number of the group-dial you
want to delete and then press
E NTER /M ENU .

Press E NTER /M ENU to confirm the deletion.
To delete an individual in a group-dial code

Press E NTER /M ENU .
