Set the Time Zone
The time zone must be set on the touch screen prior to selecting a scheduling application.
To set the time zone:
1. Access the web configuration interface using either the touch screen IP address or the XiO Cloud
service.
2. Select the Settings tab.
3. Navigate to System Setup > Time/Date.
4. Select the time zone where the touch screen will be used from the Time Zone drop-down menu.
5. Select Save Changes on the top right of the screen.
Select an Application
The touch screen ships with various built-in scheduling applications. An application may be selected from
the web configuration interface.
Certain TSS-70 series models are designed to run specific applications out of the box:

The touch screen included in the TSS-770-T-LB or TSS-1070-T-LB kits runs the Microsoft Teams
Panels scheduling application by default. For more information, refer to
Configure Microsoft
Teams Panels on page 66 .

The touch screen included in the TSS-770-Z-LB or TSS-1070-Z-LB kits runs the Zoom Rooms
scheduling application via the included USB drive. For more information, refer to
Configure the
Zoom Rooms Application on page 68 .
l Other supported applications can be configured to run on these touch screens through the local or
web configuration interfaces.
NOTE: Applications can be selected and configured from the device setup screens or from the web
configuration interface at any time. For more information, refer to
Application Selection on page
134 .
To select a touch screen application:
1. Enter the touch screen IP address into a web browser to access the web configuration interface.
2. Navigate to Settings > Applications.
3. Select the desired scheduling provider from the Application Mode drop-down menu.
4. If necessary, enter any additional information (such as a registration URL) that is required for
connecting to the scheduling provider.
5. Select Save Changes on the top right of the screen.
6. When prompted, restart the touch screen. The touch screen restarts with the selected scheduling
mode running.
An application may also be selected using the Application Selection function on the main device Setup
screen.
