COPIER MANAGEMENT
● Viewing copy counts
1. Set the copy management mode. (page 61)
2. Touch the "REFERENCE" key.
Total number of copies, and total number of copies of each paper size, will be
displayed.
3. To view numbers of copies made by individual departments, touch the "ID-CODE"
key.
If the ID-code is not displayed, touch the "
▼ " and " ▲ " keys to be displayed.
4. Once viewing the copy counts is finished, touch the "END" key.
The display will return to the copy management mode setting screen.
5. Touch the "END" key.
The touch panel will return to the basic screen.

1. Set the copy management mode. (page 61)
2. Check if A4 paper is loaded. If not, add paper.
