Job Accounting
Job accounting is used to control the total number of copies and prints by
setting an ID-code for each account.
NOTE: For further information and instructions for Job Accounting, refer
to the Advanced Operation Guide.
Job Accounting Screen
Perform the following procedure to use the FAX System in Job Accounting
mode.
1 Enter the account ID using the
numeric keys.
2 Complete the fax job as usual.
NOTE: Be sure to press Log
Out after completing the fax job.
The message display returns to
the Job Accounting screen.
Job Accounting Report
Perform the following procedure to print the job accounting report.
1 Press System Menu/Counter.
2 Press S or T to select User/Job Account. Press Enter.
3 Press S or T to select Job Account. Set. Press Enter.
4 Press S or T to select Account. Report. Press Enter.
