E-mail Notification of Job Results
Set up the FAX System to notify you of the results of fax jobs by e-mail.
1 Press Send.
2 Press Function.
3 Press S or T to select Job End Report. Press Enter.
4 Press S or T to select On. Press
Enter.
5 Press S or T to select Address
Book or Address Entry. Press
Enter.
To select e-mail addresses from
the Address Book, select Address
Book. Choose the address on the
next screen. Press Enter.
To enter e-mail addresses, select Address Entry. Enter the address on the
next screen. Press Enter.
6 Press right Select to return to the basic screen.
7 Fax the document as usual. You will be notified of the transmission results
by e-mail.
