To install the printer on the optional
equipment items, use the following
procedure:
Unscrew the knurled nuts, pull up the
columns as high as possible, then tighten
the knurled nuts again.
Place the printer on the base or on the
optional equipement, positioning it on its
locating pins.
Open the printer, put the white wedge
inside the lid into the second opening on
the right side as shown on the illustration.
Put the black wedge inside the lid into the
second opening on the left side of the
printer in the same way as the righthand
wedge.
Close the printer.
Unscrew the knurled nuts of the columns,
lower the mechanical interface onto the
printer.
Make sure that the two clips on the sides
are locked onto the printer.
Tighten the knurled nuts of the columns.
