remedy such faults in an expeditious manner and without a great deal of bureaucracy.

Fault message shown on the display/Description of the fault/Did you notice anything unusual?/What has already
been done to analyse the fault?

Module type and string circuit

Date of installation/Start-up report

Consignment identifi cation/Delivery address/Contact person (with telephone number)
