7.2.2 Accessing the XP10U H4 / H6 PSD inverter AC and DC circuit connections
CAUTION
Risk of damaging cable and components.
Drilling AC-/DC-knock-outs in NEMA 4 PSD box can damaging cable and existing components.
› Carefully drill accessing knock-outs according area in drawing.
› Use UL 514B watertight conduit connections at the conduit entrances.
In order to avoid interference between current-carrying leads and interface cables, adhere to the following drawings:

↻ Defi ne AC/DC-knock-outs area according above drawing.
1.
Mark position on the PSD box.
2. Bore AC-/DC-knock-outs with suitable drill.
3. Deburr knock-outs.
4. Remove careful all dirt and chips in the housing.
5. Insert UL 514B watertight conduit connections at the conduit entrances.
» Make electrical connection.
