7.4.3

Maximum generator power

The input power of the inverter is limited only by the maximum input current per input. This causes the maximum
input power to increase with the input voltage.

NOTE

The overall power of the unit continues to be limited. If one input is connected to more than P

max

per MPP tracker, the maximum input power of the second input is reduced.

DANGER

In the expected temperature range of the generator the values for the no-load-voltage and the short

circuit current must never exceed the values for U

ocmax

and I

scmax

in accordance with the technical

data. (See Tabelle 1 auf Seite )

tracker deactivated

The MPP voltages of the two DC lines can be diff erent.

They are tracked by separate, independently operating
MPP trackers (MPP trackers A and B).

If one of the MPP trackers (A or B) is not used, then it must

be short-circuited, otherwise faults can occur during the
self-test of the unit and the feed-in operation is not guar-
anteed. The short-circuiting of an MPP tracker does not
result in the device being damaged.
