If you have technical problems concerning our products, contact the SMA Service Line. We need the
following information in order to provide you with the necessary assistance:
• Hardware version of the Sunny Beam
• Firmware version of the Sunny Beam
• Firmware version of the SMA Bluetooth Piggy-Back (if available) in the inverter
• Type, firmware version, and serial number of the inverter
In case you need to send in the Sunny Beam, remove the accumulators first. Send the accumulators
separately.
