1. Select Events.
2. In order to access details of the event, select the desired event.
3. If the "Error" event is displayed, contact the installer and notify him/her of the event number (H)
and serial number (K).
F Duration of the event:
• Stated in the format "Hours: Minutes: Seconds".
• "--:--:-" = Event has not yet ended or the duration cannot be calculated, as the
start time or the end time are not known.
G Symbols of the "Error" event:
= Contact installer (installer is to contact SMA Service Line)
= Contact installer
H Event number

In the Installation Manual of the inverter in which the event has occurred, you can
find a detailed rectifying measure via the event number.
I The error message of the inverter and rectifying measure are displayed one after
another.
K Serial number of the inverter where the event occurred.
* For an inverter with integrated SMA Bluetooth, the event number is also shown on its display.
