4. Turn the control button until the desired character has been highlighted.
5. Push the button.
☑ The selected character is shown at the bottom of the display.
6. Repeat the last two steps until the desired plant password has been entered.
7. To cancel the entry, select the cross [ ].
8. Select the checkmark [ ]. In this way, you save the entered plant password.
☑ "Connected devices" appears.
6.12 Changing the Data Query Frequency
You can change the frequency at which the Sunny Beam is to query data from the inverters. For
frequent data queries, the Sunny Beam reports the inverter error more quickly. The default setting is
one hour.
1. Select Settings > Data query > Data query every.
2. Set the frequency.
Tip: The less frequent the data query, the smaller the amount of energy consumed by the Sunny
Beam. One query per hour is sufficient. The data is cached in the inverter.
