In the "Connected
devices" list, inverters
are sometimes marked
with a cross ( )
Inverters with
SMA Bluetooth Piggy-Back:
Inverters shut down at night.
As the Sunny Beam cannot establish
a connection to these inverters, the
Sunny Beam displays a cross. As
soon as the inverters are switched
on in the morning, the cross symbol
will disappear.
In the meantime, the Sunny Beam
cannot establish a connection to
these inverters. As soon as the
Sunny Beam has established a
connection to these inverters again,
the cross will disappear.
Error message: "For the
display of a specific
annual yield enter the
performance of the
plant under
"Settings > PV plant".
When commissioning the
Sunny Beam, no plant power was
entered in kWp. Without this value,
the Sunny Beam cannot calculate
the "Specific annual yield" chart.
• Enter the value for the plant
power of your plant in kWp
(see section 6.2.4).
The Sunny Beam
displays the warning
symbol (
)
A warning has occurred in an
inverter.
• If the warning in the "Events"
menu is not shown as
terminated or if the warning
occurs frequently, contact
your installer.
