Select the X axis (if not already selected).
“SET” lights. The ❘< status symbol
starts blinking.
Move the edge finder to edge of workpiece until
indicator in edge finder lights. “SET edge” is
shown briefly. SET starts blinking. The ND
displays the position of the edge. The ❘< status
symbol lights.
Back the edge finder away from the workpiece.

Assign a position value to this edge, e.g. 52.
