3.1.28 Recording function
This function is used to record the received sound or sound from the speaker
using the internal IC. It allows you to record such sound for 160 seconds
maximum. Recording, playback, and erasing can be repeatedly recorded
approximately 10,000 times.
• Selecting a source
Specify which sound is recorded, the received sound or the sound from the
microphone.

Call up the REC screen.
Press the
key, and then press
the key
while
is
shown
on the display.
The MEMU will appear. Point the
arrow at
+SPECIAL
using the dial or
UP/DOWN
key,
and then press the
key.
The SPECIAL screen will appear. Point the arrow at
+REC
and then press the
key.
The REC screen will appear.

Select the received sound or the sound from the microphone.
Point the arrow at the desired option using the dial or
UP/DOWN
key, and then
press the
key (the initial setting is
MIC
).
RX AF
The received sound is recorded.
MIC
The sound from the microphone is recorded.
The display will return to the SPECIAL screen. Point the arrow at
END
and then
press the
key (Alternatively, you may press the
key, and then press the
key while
is shown on the display).

The recording screen will appear.

Start the recording
Press the
key. The recording will start and the
elapsed time will appear on the display. The sound can
be recorded for 160 seconds maximum.
