Extension Setup Wizard
After you define the proper office profile and in here you can setup the required
extension.
Start Path:
Home > Extension Setup Wizard
Step 1:
Add or modify the extension number for the office.

Parameter Description:
• New or Modify: You want to new or modify an extension
• Office ID: Belonged office ID
• Department: Belonged department ID
• Device Type: Subscriber device type
- Subscriber: Subscriber user
- Softphone: It is Welltech soft-phone device type. Welltech SP-365 is
required as the soft-phone. When you define an extension to a
softphone, it means that you can use this account for SP365 or regular
SIP devices.
• Subscriber ID: The subscriber ID
Step 2:
Provides some basic parameters such as pickup group assignment,
password etc.
