Parameter Description:
• Group ID: Toll Restriction Group ID
• Prefix Code: The called number prefix to be matched for restriction
• Matched Length: This is the additional condition for filter. When it is greater
than 0, the system will match those calls with the length and prefix together. 0
is used for ignore this parameter.
