There are three types of CDR Format: Full, Type1, Type2 or Type3 (Type2 as
same as Type3)

0:off-net call, 1:on-net call without charge,
2:on-net call charged, 3:off-net call without charge

1:Normal, 2:Forward, 3:Pickup call
