Exercise 1: Import/Convert Text File to CRD
This exercise provides steps to import a text file

control points intended for a base station, for a
transformation to a local coordinate system, or for
points to be staked in the field.
1. Run X-Port
coordinate data editors are blank at start-up.

Tools > Import Point Data > Text/ASCII
File. The Import Point Data window opens (see
Figure 104).
