●”TEMP. SENSOR POSITION”
A sudden drop in roller
temperature was detected.
Inspect temperature sensor. Possible
wrap around of film on the roller. Or,
build up of debris on the sensor
caused it to be moved away from the
roller. If the problem occurs
frequently, contact your dealer or
the DryLam Tech-Line.
●”TEMP. SENSOR SHORT
CIRCUIT”
Turn off the power. Contact your
dealer or the DryLam Tech-Line. Do
not dismantle.
●”LAMI MOTOR ERROR”
Turn off the power. The problem will
be solved in most cases. If the
problem occurs frequently, contact
your dealer or the DryLam Tech-Line.
●Other Errors than the
above mentioned.
Switch off and contact your dealer or
the DryLam Tech-Line Do not
dismantle.
●CUTTER DOES NOT CUT
WELL
Lamination scrap is stuck in
trimmer section.
Open Trimmer Cover. Remove all the
lamination scrap. Be careful that
your fingers do not get cut.
●TRIMMER DOES NOT CUT
WELL
Check the Feed Tray.
Adjust the feed adjustment knob.
●LEFT AND RIGHT MARGIN IS
NOT EQUAL
Check if the trimmer adjustment
levers are correctly set.
Adjust the trimmer adjustment
levers. Then, fine-tune the trimming
amount using the trimmer
adjustment knobs.
Is paper skewed within the film
area?
Adjust for skewing on the Feed Tray.
●CREASES APPEAR IN
LAMINATED FILM
Tension controller(s) not set
properly?
Run the machine in “Manual Mode”
(use the “MOVE” switch). Run
laminated film only out the discharge
and check for wrinkles. Adjust
tension controllers as necessary.
●COMMUNICATION ERROR
Involves the RFID tag
reader/writer. This error is often
followed by a number:
20: Time out error
01: Invalid command
02: Specified counter error
03: Received data error
04: Data error
05: RFID write error (ch1)
06: RFID write error (ch2, does not
apply to the ALM3222)
Be certain that the RFID tag is in
place and directly in contact with the
non-operator side of the frame. See
