the settings are correct. Also you should check the pH tank and supply lines
for proper level and function. Check the pH level of the incoming water to
determine if a change has occurred that may not be correctable by the type
and amount of acid (or base) being used. If the problem persists after check-
ing the process pH and acid or base supply, check panel S60

− EC SENSOR OUT OF RANGE
This indicates that the controller cannot adjust the EC value of the process
within the specified range. Check panel S38 (EC CONTROL) and S39 (SET
FERTILIZERS) to be sure the settings are correct. Also you should check the 4
fertilizer tanks and supply lines for proper level and function. Check the EC
level of the incoming water to determine if a change has occurred that may
not be correctable by the type and amount of fertilizers being used. If the
problem persists after checking the process EC and fertilizer supplies, check

− INCORRECTLY DISPLAYED SENSOR VALUES.
Recalibrate sensors.
− OUTPUT VALVE DOESN’T WORK
Check fuses.
− CONTROLLER IN STOP
Please see the alarm panel to check the active alarms and remove the cause:
here is a list of causes that might put the controller in stop:
-Temporary break: this is a user controlled input that can pause the controller.
Is intended for maintenance use
-Conditional stop: this digital input is used to signal to the controller that
something is wrong in the installation the user can choose how to use this
input, please check the related hardware.
-Overdose, advice: there is too much fertilizer in the water, check the valve of
the fertilizer.
-Underdose, advice: same as overdose
-No water supply, advice: check the water level in the mixing tank or the level
sensor
-Irrigation counter failure, advice: for this alarm check the counter of the main
pipe, the main pipe and the pumps.
After checking the alarms and removing the cause put the controller into
WORK state.
If any of the suggestions above do not work please contact Hanna Instruments
