CHAPTER 4 – MONITORING
Along with guiding you through the fi eld, the Matrix monitors your
current job information and the boom sections.
Job View is used to clear current job information or to save
current job information to a USB drive.
Boom Monitoring displays boom sections activity, Guidance
activity and Status Bar activity. BoomPilot can also be enabled or
disabled from this screen.
JOB VIEW
Job View is used to clear current job information or to
save current job information to a USB drive.
To access the Job View screens.
1. Press HOME BUTTON or press the screen to activate the
icons and select HOME ICON in bottom left corner of screen.
2. Select JOB VIEW from Home Menu
.

Job Information
The Job Information options clear current job information, current
bounded area, Area 1 or Area 2 totals:
1. Select JOB VIEW from Home Menu
.
2. Press JOB INFORMATION TAB .
3. Press RECYCLE BIN ICON to delete the associated data.
4. “Okay to erase all job data?”

Press
►Yes – a “All job data cleared.” confi rmation will be displayed.
Select "OK" to return to the Job Information screen
►No – to return to the Job Information screen

NOTE: Clear Current Job? does not clear Area 1 or Area 2.
Save Information
To back up the job and store information to a USB drive:
1. Select JOB VIEW from Home Menu
.
2. Press SAVE INFORMATION TAB .
3. Select from:
►ALL
– all available fi le types
– report for print
►KML
KML
– Google Earth Map
►SHP
SHP
– ESRI shape data
4. Press
►Yes – a “Saved report/data to USB drive.” message will be
displayed for approximately 10 seconds. To remove a pop-up
sooner, press anywhere on the screen.
►No – to return to the Save Information screen
NOTE: The INFORMATION ICONS
ALL
KML
SHP
are not available for
selection (greyed out) until a USB drive is inserted properly.
