HOW TO LOAD THE DISCS CHARGEMENT DES DISQUES
Tip:
Difference between OPEN/CLOSE and UNLOAD
OPEN/CLOSE: The hood is simply opened or closed.
UNLOAD: The slot corresponding to the disc No. being displayed
rotates to the center position then the hood is opened.
Notes!!
• Do not attempt to open the hood with your hand.
0 Be careful notto pinch yourfingers when opening and closing the
hood.
0 If PLAY operation (PLAY, BEST, Hi-LITE, PREVIOUS) is carried out
before disc detection finishes, PLAY operation will proceeded to
without detection. In this case, detection will operate after PLAY
is finished. Detection may not function properly depending on the
color or shape etc., of the disc.
^ WARNING:
Do not put your hand or any other object inside
the rack, otherwise injury or part damage may
result.
• While changing or inserting discs, be careful not to press any
buttons on the main unit or the remote control. The rack may
move suddenly, and then yourfingers may be caught between
discs and the side of door.
• When changing or inserting discs, make sure the rack is stopped.
Do not attempt to put a disc in when the rack is moving.
• Do not put anything other than CDs inside the rack.
0 Load only one disc into each disc slot.
• Do not apply force to the rack. This can cause a malfunction.
• 8-cm (3-in.) discs cannot be played as they are. First attach the 8-
cm (3-in.) disc adapter to each 8-cm (3-in.) disc and load them
together in the player.
• Never start playback by placing the 8-cm (3-in.) disc adapter alone,
without attaching it to a disc.
• The unit will not operate if the hood is opened during playback. Be
sure to close the hood before attempting any operation.
• To load or remove a disc in or from the slot which is seen through
the hood, press OPEN/CLOSE. The hood is opened, "HOLD" is
displayed and the disc can be loaded in or ejected from the slot
seen through the hood. Even while "HOLD" is being displayed, the
rack can be rotated by pressing DISC (-/+).

Remarques!!
0 Ne tentez pas d'ouvrir le volet à la main.
0 Veillez à ne pas vous pincer les doigts lors de l'ouverture ou de la
fermeture du volet.
0 Si vous commandez la lecture (normale, des plages musicales
favorites, des morceaux choisis, des derniers disques joués) avant
que la détection des disques ne soit terminée, la détection est
interrompue et ne reprend que lorsque la lecture commandée est
terminée. La détection peut parfois s'effectuer avec erreur selon
la forme ou la couleur, etc., du disque.
A. ATTENTION:
N'engagez pas vos mains, ni quoi que soit, à
l'intérieur des râteliers.
Pendant le remplacement ou Tinsertion d'un disque, veillez à
n'actionner aucune touche de l'appareil ou du boîtier de
télécommande. En effet, cela pourrait entraîner une rotation
du carrousel et vos doigts pourraient être prisonniers.
Avant de remplacer ou d'introduire un disque, assurez-vous
que le carrousel est arrêté. Ne tentez pas de mettre en place
un disque lorsque le carrousel pivote.
N'introduisez aucun objet, autre que des disques, dans les
râteliers.
N'introduisez qu'un seul disque par fente.
N'exercezaucuneforcesurlecarrousekcelapourraitl'endommager.
Il n'est pas possible de lire les disques de 8 cm (3 po.) tels quels.
Vous devez tout d'abord leur fixer un adaptateur et seulement
après cela, les mettre en place dans le carrousel.
Ne commandez pas la lecture si vous avez mis en place l'adaptateur
pour disque de 8 cm (3 po.) mais pas le disque.
Le lecteur ne fonctionne pas quand un volet est ouvert. N'oubliez
pas de fermer le volet avant de tenter quelque opération que ce
soit.
Pour retirer le disque que contient le logement placé face à vous,
appuyez sur la touche OPEN/CLOSE; procédez de même pour
charger un disque dans ce logement. Le volet s'ouvre et l'indication
"HOLD" s'affiche; le disque peut alors être retiré, ou mis en place.
Les touches DISC (-/+) permettent de commander la rotation du
carrousel même si l'indication "HOLD" est affichée.
To remove the discs...
Press UNLOAD.
Select the number of the disc you want to unload by turning
^ the jog dial or pressing DISC {-/+) on the remote control unit.
• The rack rotates until the selected disc comes to the front of
the unit.
^ Remove from the rack.
^ Press OPEN/CLOSE.
• The hood will close.
Pour retirer les disques...

Appuyez sur la touche UNLOAD.
Choisissez le numéro du disque que vous désirez retirer en
tournant sur le bouton rotatif, ou bien en appuyant sur les
touches DISC (-/+) de la télécommande.
• Le carrousel tourne de manière que le disque choisi soit face
à vous.
Retirez le disque.
Appuyez sur la touche OPEN/CLOSE.
• Le volet se ferme.
