User’s Guide

To display the image for the next page in the document,

select Next Image

(CTRL+N). If the last image is currently displayed, the first image is now
displayed.

To display the image for the previous page in the document,

select Previous

Image (CTRL+P). If the first image is currently displayed, the last image is now
displayed.

To swap the front and back images of a document with only two pages,

select Invert Image (CTRL+F5).

Dropout Image Functions

This function is only available if the system has been configured to superimpose
templates onto images where background text has been removed by a dropout
scanner.

To show the image with or without the superimposed template,

select Show

With Template (CTRL+T).

Navigating Between Documents

To release the current document and move to the next document which
requires attention,

select Next Document (F12).

The function is only available when:

All fields have valid data

All mandatory fields have been captured

All rejected fields have been inspected

To move back to the previous document in the batch,

select Previous

Document (Shift+F12).

To jump to any document, which has already been processed,

select Jump

To Document (CTRL+J). Enter the document number and press Enter to move
straight to the document.

To return immediately to the highest document in the batch which has been
processed

(after moving back to an earlier document) select Return To Last

Location (CTRL+W).
