Data is entered in cells like a spreadsheet. To move around the table field, use the
following keys:

Down arrow Move down one row
Left arrow Move left one column
Right arrow Move right one column
Page up Move to last visible row
Page down Move to first visible row
CTRL+Up arrow Move to first row
CTRL+Down arrow Move to last row
CTRL+Left arrow Move to first column
CTRL+Right arrow Move to last column
Columns in table fields are either text columns or list columns. To edit cells in text
columns, simply move to the cell and start typing.
