Menu Item Description
Display Field Help Displays extra information about the field
in a tool tip style.
Dupe This Field (F8) Copies the corresponding value from the
previous document into the current field.
Auto Dupe Fields This function turns the automatic duping of
fields on and off.
Release Error (Escape) Unlocks the keyboard in the event of a
keying error.
Field Exception (F7) Toggles an exception on and off for the
current field.
Clear Field (Ctrl+M) Clears the contents of the current field.
Clear All Fields (Ctrl+C) Clears the contents of all fields on the
template.
Insert Space (Space) Inserts a space at the current cursor
location.
Delete Row (F11) In a table, deletes the current row.
Insert Row Before (Ctrl+F10) In a table, inserts a row before the current
row.
Insert Row (F10) In a table, inserts a row after the current
row.

Next Field (Tab or Down Arrow) Releases the current field and moves to the
next field on the template.
Release Field (Return) Releases the current field and moves to
either the next field on the template or the
next field requiring attention, depending on
settings.
