X To make a whole field correction
1 Type the data for the whole field.
2 Press Enter.
Validation Failures
The data in the field is validated when the field is left. If the field passes validation
the next correction will automatically be loaded. If validation fails, the data in the
field is selected and highlighted in red. The data must be re-keyed until it passes the
validation.
If the data does not pass validation, it may be ‘forced through’ Correction. If
Completion is in the capture path, the field is displayed to the Completion user. In
Completion the whole document is displayed and this may provide additional
information enabling the data to be entered.
X To force a field through Correction,
press F1. The field will be given a yellow
background and the next field will be loaded.
Navigating within a Batch
The following keys are used to navigate between fields in Correction:

Key Navigation
Page Up Move up through the fields already
corrected.
Page Down Move down through the fields needing
correction.
Enter Commit the data in the current field and
move to the next field.
Ending Batches
When the last field in a batch has been processed, the end of batch window may
display. The display of this window is a configuration option, and may be turned off.
You can either select a new batch for processing, stay in the current batch to review
your corrections, or you can exit the Correction module.
