Menu Bar
The Menu bar contains functions grouped by category. These functions can be
accessed either by using the mouse or the keyboard shortcuts listed next to each one.
All of the keyboard shortcuts can be changed so that the functions that you use most
frequently are assigned the most convenient shortcuts. The Menu bar options are as
follows:

Menu Item Description
Pause If enabled through Kofax Capture
Administration setup, this stops statistical
timers for the batch and opens the pause
window.
Wait For Any Batch This will retrieve the next available batch.
Select Batch This returns the application to idle mode
having stopped waiting for a task to be
delivered.
Stop Waiting This returns the application to idle mode
having stopped waiting for a task to be
delivered.
Abort & Stop Waiting This closes the batch and puts the module
into idle mode.
Select New Batch This exits from the current task and
retrieves a task from a different batch.
Filter Batches Opens the Filter Batches window, which
allows processing to be restricted to batches
from specific batch classes or with specific
batch-level data.
Exit This closes the current batch (you are given
the option to save the corrections done so
far) and exits the application.
