Navigating the Batch
Once a problem has been fixed, the next problem requiring attention in the batch will
automatically be displayed. It is also possible to navigate through the documents and
change the page image displayed in the image window.
Batch navigation should be done using the keyboard rather than the mouse, as this
ensures maximum efficiency. All shortcut keys are displayed in the menus. The
default shortcuts for navigation are:

Shortcut Function Description
Page Down Go to Next Document Displays the next document.
Page Up Go to Previous Document Displays the previous document.
Ctrl+N Go to Next Page Displays the next page in the
document in the image window.
Ctrl+P Go to Previous Page Displays the previous page in the
document in the image window.
There are also shortcut keys to scroll, rotate and zoom the image. Shortcut keys are
found in the image menu (use Alt+I to display the menu).
Review
Review is used to display all problems on a batch. These problems may include
validation rule failures and missing classifications.
