USB Communication Failure
The "Cannot connect" warning screen appears when the computer cannot correctly recognize the controller.
Perform the following procedure so that the controller can be recognized correctly (Windows XP example shown).

Select [System] from [Control Panel].
Double-click on the [System] icon to display the [System Properties] window.

Open "Device Manager".
Select the [Hardware] tab at the top of the [System Properties] screen and click the [Device Manager]
button to open the device manager.
