Run Single Program
Select “Run Single Program” from the main screen.
Select the appropriate measuring system (e.g. CC-40).
Select the input mode: M[‰]
Input steps
Val. [‰]: 250
Nr. Of Mp: 1
Time [s}: 60
Input ID or leave blank. Press the OK key.
Press the ST key to start.
Allow the program to complete.
Check the temperature from the RS display (Refer to Section VI.6.7 - Measure Temperature).
The temperature should read 25.0°C
Check the viscosity reading. The measured viscosity should fall within the stated viscosity
value of the viscosity standard at the appropriate temperature.
Repeat steps 1 through 3 with the torque ‰ (Val. [‰]:) set to 500 and 750.
The viscosity values should be within ±3% of the viscosity of the standard.
Recommended standards (at 25°C):
CC3-40, B1060 (1.06 Pa•s)
CC3-25, B10200 (10.2 Pa•s)
CC3-14, B73000 (73 Pa•s)
