Copying
Copying onto Both Sides of the Paper
You can copy two document pages onto the sides of a single sheet of paper, or the sides of a
double-sided document onto either the sides of a single sheet of paper or two sheets of paper.
z Single-sided to Two-sided
z Two-sided to Two-sided
z Two-sided to Single-sided
(A) Long-side stapling
(B) Short-side stapling

Prepare for copying.
(1) Press [ON/OFF] to turn on the machine.

(2) Press [Two-Sided].
(3) Load paper.

(4) Ensure that the proper paper source is selected.

Select the orientation of the document.
(1) Use [
] or [
] to select the orientation of the document, then press [OK].
Note
When specifying enlarge/reduce for two-sided copying, load the document on the Platen Glass.
Note
z Specify [Feed Switch] so that the Auto Sheet Feeder Lamp is lit when feeding paper from
the Auto Sheet Feeder and the Cassette Lamp is lit when feeding paper from the Cassette.
z You can also display the Two-sided copy screen by selecting
Special copy screen.
