Review Protocol Settings
Protocol Summary
1.
Click Protocol Summary in the left pane of any Protocol Setup window to see a
review of all protocol settings.
2.
Click Save in the left pane to save the default protocol.
Running a Default Protocol
To run a default protocol
1.
Place a gel on the appropriate sample tray and insert the tray into the imager
until the magnet grabs the tray.
2.
Close the door.
3.
Press the green Run button on the front of the imager. The default protocol runs
automatically.
The default protocol appears in Image Lab with a green background. After the
protocol runs, the resulting image appears and the protocol window remains
open behind it. The application name appears in the status bar below the gel
preview window.
