Display of the version of AdsDll.dll.
Device serial number
Display of the serial number of the device.
Set to work
Shows the date on which the device was automatically added to the
device table.

7.20.3 Properties - Settings
Tab: Configuration ▶ Device ▶ [Edit] ▶ Properties... ▶ Properties - 'Device type' -
'Device name' ▶ Settings
On the tab Settings the IP address of the controller and the controller ID
are entered.
Note
These parameters can only be edited when newly adding a device.
IP address
IP address the controller is actuated with, usually:
￭ 172.16.17.3 for IO controller
￭ 172.16.17.4 for stepping motor controller
Input xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
Controller ID
Number of the controller in the system. This number has to be unambigu-
ous over all controllers of the system (IO controller and stepping motor
controller).
Input Digit
Is inserted as first number (x) of the port name as in
DigIn_x_z_y.
