9. Adjust the values under Define Command for creating a program that will generate load feedback to
which the application will apply compensation (based on the values the application generated while
running the modeling program).
10. When the system is ready, click the green run button to apply the modeling program. Click the Scope
tab and observe the results (load feedback in response to the command).
11. While the verification program is running, you can adjust the Define Command, Mass, Fine Adjustment,
and Polarity controls and observe the effect on the load feedback signal.
12. When you have optimized the compensation results as desired, click Done.
Create a Compensation Set Manually
In this procedure, you will create a new compensation set by entering values manually.
Prerequisite: The fixtures you intend to use in your test are mounted, but the specimen is not installed.
1. Click Compensate for Fixturing on the Explorer tab.

2. In the Compensate for Fixturing panel, select Create a new compensation set in the drop-down
menu for What do you want to do?, and click the Enter compensation set radio button (see the
following figure).
