1. Disconnect the drive controller from mains and wait at least 3 minutes!
2. Remove the FIF cover 0 from the FIF interface.
3. Remove protective cap 1 of the function module 2 and plug function module onto the FIF
interface.
4. Insert the plug connector 3 into the contact strip of the function module until it snaps in.
Additionally fit the retaining clip so that the module cannot be removed together with the terminal
strips
5 during wiring:
5. Insert the retaining clip 4 into the recess, place it on the function module and latch it.
6. Wire the function module (see mounting instructions of the function module).

Note!
Keep the FIF cover 0 and the protection cover of the function module 1 so that you can
attach them again after you have dismounted the function module.
The controller can only be commissioned if a function module or the FIF cover
0 is
plugged on the FIF interface.
