Process controller
The process controller can be used as PID controller for various control tasks (e.g. as dancer position
controller, tension controller or pressure controller).
• The process controller is provided with the following functions:
• Adjustable control algorithm (P, PI, PID)
• Ramp function generator for preventing setpoint step-changes at the input
• Limitation of the controller output
• Factorisation of the output signal
• Vp adaptation
• Integral action component can be switched off
• Comparison function "Actual value = setpoint"
• In the Lenze setting, the process controller is deactivated.
• The process controller is activated by selecting the operating mode in C00242.
• Configuration parameters serve to link the inputs of the process controller to the required
process signals.
