The Block Type ID Parameter contains an ID which describes the block type. The
block type ID of the "Trip Point Function Block" is set to "17". The other defined
block types are listed in Appendix B.
This parameter defines the value at or below which a trip point condition will occur.
This parameter enables/disables the Low Trip Point setting.
