5.3 Use
Upon the application start, you get to the Configuration / Parameters / Basic menu
including almost all of the
settings. Now you are in the offline
2N Lift8 Central Unit
®
configuration mode: modify, prepare for upload and then save the settings into a file to
be uploaded to the CU. The offline mode helps you view and check the CU settings, log
records and diagnostic packs. The Configuration and Logs menus are only available to
the user. The other menus are meaningful only if the CU is connected. The meanings
and descriptions of the parameters and controls are the same as in the online mode,
i.e. with the CU connected. See below for details. Follow the instruction in Subs. 5.1 for
login to the CU. The following menus and parameters are available:

ings. Each parameter is assigned a code. Refer to

and their meanings. The parameters are grouped logically for convenience. The table
contains the following information: Code corresponds to the parameter code in the CU
voice menu, Name displays the parameter name and Value specifies the current value
of the given parameter. The Maximum and Minimum columns specify the allowed range
of value to be set. Default value includes the factory value and the value set by every
factory reset.
