Alarm

The Alarm calls menu provides a table of all the lift alarm calls received by the 2N

from the moment of lift adding up to now. Use the filter button in each

Lift8 Server
column to search the call history. Refer to the Calls paragraph above for filtration
details. The table provides information on the alarm call date and time, CU phone
number, serial number if the CPC/P100 transmission was successful, shaft number and
alarm-initiating audio unit position, lift name and name of the agent/dispatcher who
processed the alarm call. The last table row shows the note entered by the dispatcher
during the alarm call.
