If you call
via a telephone number. End programming by hanging up.

Problems and their solutions
L8 does not react correctly to DTMF instructions, for example it is not possible to enter
programming.
Voice transmission is today mostly digital, with the use of various compression
algorithms. For this reason a transmitted DTMF signal is often distorted. Moreover in
some cases it may be transmitted via a so-called command channel, the delay of which
differ from the delay of the voice channel
In these cases try to call from another phone (for example from a digital PBX) or
program for a telephone in the machine room. If the

from the machine room or the PSTN, you are probably not entering the right password.

Tip
If you are not absolutely sure, check to see if L8 behaves according to
your wishes after programming. Save the filled in form safely.
Caution
Experience shows that in recent times in particular during transmission
over the GSM network sometimes the reconstruction of DTMF signalling is
practically impossible!
