application helps dispatchers and technicians

line in the

Application at Relax
The application is at relax when the user logs in. Incoming and outgoing calls switch it
into two modes. Click Back to return to this window after the call end.
Lifts
The Lifts menu includes a list to the left, which displays the lifts that are assigned for
administration to the currently logged-in dispatcher or technician by the administrator.
Click on the lift name to display more information. The device Name, Serial number,
Contact number and Address if completed appear in the central part of the screen. If
the address is set, the lift position on the map gets displayed too. Use the scroll bar in
the left-hand upper corner of the map to zoom in and out. Click Call to call each lift in
the list. You will then be redirected to the Outgoing call window.
Caution
The main function of the application is to make calls. When the SIP line
cannot be registered, the user cannot log in. If the SIP line cannot be
registered, check the SIP line settings in the 2N Lift8
®
Control Panel
and your LAN or PC firewall settings.
Note
Every user can process any incoming call to its line but may only make
outgoing calls to the lift or technician phone numbers included in the
database.
