Storage Menu
The Storage menu helps you set all storages necessary for the operation of the 2N
®
system and its services. You can map the storage folders on the local disk, Lift8
network disks and such memory storages as USB disks and memory cards, which
extend the storing space almost unlimitedly.

You can map the path for the building plans and CU firmware. Click Scan to select the
path to the folder for the files. You can also create a new folder in the path selecting
window. Set the Maximum storage size, i.e. define the portion of the whole storage
data space (disk C, e.g.) to be occupied by the object, and click Save for confirmation.
Now the storage is active and can receive data for storing. Click Display files to view
the files stored on the disk. This dialogue window displays the list of files and all plans
whose names correspond to the server database key. You can also see the file size and
delete any file if necessary.
Tip
Use this function to update the building plan after reconstruction and/or
interior modifications, for example, without changing the lift layout.
Tip
The file name is encrypted to make it impossible to identify the building to
which the file is assigned. This eliminates the risk of misuse.
