Speed Dial List (Address Book destination list) can be printed.
Convention of Speed Dial List
No.: Registration number.
Index: Registered search word.
Name: Registered destination name.
Dial Number: Registered fax number.
Line Setting: * is set when telephone line settings are specified.
Machine Type of Destination: Registered model of the recipient (Monochrome/Color machine).
Port Number: Registered port number.
Access Allowed Level: Registered levels that can be referred.
Printing the Speed Dial List

Press [Utility/Counter] key.

Touch [Administrator Settings].

Enter the administrator password and then touch [OK].

Touch [One-Touch/User Box Registration].

Touch [One-Touch/User Box Registration List].
– In the Utility mode, the number displayed on button can be entered and selected with the keypad.
For [One-Touch/User Box Registration List], enter [3] with keypad.
