Detail
E-mail may not reach the recipient due to problems in the internet network pathway even if [----] is
displayed on the Transmission Result Screen (Job List > Job Details > Send > Job History List) or in the
result column of Activity Report. [----] displayed on the Transmission Result Screen or the Activity
Report indicates that the fax is sent properly. If the reception confirmation (MDN) is received, [OK] is
displayed in the on the Transmission Result Screen or in the result column of Activity Report. Use G3
Fax to send and receive important contents.
Auto printing
Interval at which the communication management report is printed can be set in [Report Setting] of the Utility
mode.

Manual Printing
Can be printed as follows.

Touch [Job List].
OK Described when communication is terminated normally.
S-OK Described when communication has stopped.
PW-OFF Described when operation power switch was turned OFF during communication.
TEL Described when there is telephone call.
NG Described when there is communication error.
Cont Described when there is a transmission error and that there is transition to resend wait
mode (Error page redial).
No Ans Described when there is no response from the recipient.
Busy Described when communication is not possible as the recipient’s line is busy.
M-Full Described when it is not possible to receive a fax when the fax file memory becomes
full during reception.
LOVR Reception length over. Described when default length of received original exceeds.
POVER Received page over. Described when number of received pages exceeds 3000 pages.
FIL File error. Described when received file type is not supported.
DC Decode error. Described when error is generated in decoding of received file.
MDN Described when there is error in MDN response.
DSN Described when there is error in DSN response.
