Touch [ ↑] or [↓].

Touch [RX Ability (Destination)], specify the recipient’s reception capability and touch [OK].

Touch [Index], and then specify the index characters.

Touch [Icon], select the desired icon, and then touch [OK].
The icons are used in the Image Panel function. Image Panel function can be operated when the
optional i-Option LK-101 or i-Option LK-103 is installed.

Touch [OK].
– Touch [Cancel] to discontinue the registration.
The destinations are registered and displayed in a list.

Touch [Close].
– Returns to procedure 4 when the registration of Address Book is to be continued.

Touch [Close] until it returns to Fax/Scan screen.
Registering IP Addresses in Address Book
Follow the procedure given below to register IP Addresses in the Address Book.

Display Create One-Touch Destination screen.
– For details on display methods of Create One-Touch Destination screen, refer to "Displaying the fax
registration screen" on page 8-2.

Touch [Address Book (Public)].
– In the Utility mode, numbers displayed on buttons can be entered and selected with the keypad. For
[Address Book (Public)], enter [1] with the keypad.
