Register the search character and then touch [OK].
– Touch the search button of the search character that is to be registered from [Favorites] - [etc].
– If the search character is specified for destinations that are used often, it is displayed at the
beginning on the [Address Book] tab when [Favorites] is selected.
– Normally, search character is set automatically from the first character of registered name.

Check the registration contents and touch [Yes] and then touch [OK].
– The registration name can be changed on touching [Name]. Index screen is also displayed after the
changes.
– Search characters can be changed on touching [Index].
The destination is registered.

Touch [Close] until it returns to Fax/Scan screen.
– Returns to the [Direct Input] tab of the Fax/Scan screen in case of destination registration by direct
input.
Changing the Address Book
Follow the procedure given below to change the Address Book.

Display Create One-Touch Destination screen.
