Touch [E-mail Body].

Select the E-mail Body to be deleted and then touch [Delete].
– Touch [↓] or [↑] to go to next or previous page.
– If [Check Job Settings] is touched on selected the text, the setting status can be confirmed.

Touch [Yes] on the displayed confirmation message screen and then touch [OK].
– Touch [No] to stop the deletion, and then touch [OK].
The selected text is deleted.

Touch [OK].
– Return to procedure 4 to continue the deletion.

Touch [Close] until it returns to Fax/Scan screen.
