9.1

Backup and Recovery

HID Global recommends that you backup the iCLASS SE Encoder folder at the following location:

C:\ProgramData\HID Global\iCLASS SE Encoder

This folder contains all the essential files to recover from loss of the PC or other issues with the
application.

Note: The Administration Keys should be kept in the same secure location. For instructions to export
(save) Administration and Custom Keys, see Section 8.1.2: Save Admin Keys.
